Stephen 50th Birthday

I made this fun and whimsical tropical theme cake for Stephen's 50th birthday bash. Craig and Stephen were a pleasure to work with. Party was held at Coconuts at the Hilton Gardens in Singer Island, Florida. Cakes were moist lemon with lemon filling and pineapple with pineapple filling.
All decorations were made of fondant.

Happy Birthday Cole!

What a fun cake to make for Cole's 3rd Birthday! Katie Safriet approached me with the idea of a SpongeBob cake for Cole's birthday party. It was fun creating this cake and watching it come to life with every detail.

Alexa's Sweet Sixteen - May 15th, 2009

Happy Birthday Alexa!

What a fun cake for a Sweet Sixteen party! Alexa's Mardi Gras theme party was held at the Binks Forest Grand Ballroom in Wellington, Florida. Cake colors matched all decorations at the party. Nancy Glasgow, Alexa's mom, created the most amazing and fun Candy Bar for the party.

It was truly a pleasure meeting and working with Gloria Ortiz, mother of the groom. The selected cake design was simple elegance decorated with beautiful gumpaste roses as a cake topper and bows. Cakes were chocolate with raspberry and hazelnut filling and pineapple with pineapple filling. Cakes were covered and decorated with fondant. Wedding reception was held at the International Polo Club in Wellington, Florida.

Andrea and Debbie Conner, bride's mother, were a delight to work with. Andrea selected an elegant hearts design for her wedding cake. The

reception room was beautifully decorated in white with touches of periwinkle and pink reflecting Andrea's simple elegance.

Monogram is edible and painted with sparkly silver. Cakes were white almond filled with layers of fresh stawberries and creamy buttercream. Cakes were covered and decorated with vanilla fondant.

Thank you to Renee LaFrance for ordering such a whimsical and girly cake for her niece Hailey. The colors and flowers reflect Hailey's fun and girly personality. Inspiration for the cakes are a combination of The Pink Cake Box and ButterflySweets beautiful designs. Cakes were white almond with orange filling and white almond with chocolate filling.

Many Thanks to Mrs. Deborah Weinstein for ordering this beautiful Seashells theme cake for her husband, Mr. Harris Weintein's Birthday. Seashells and coral are white chocolate and cakes were yellow and chocolate with creamy buttercream filling. Cakes and cake board covered in fondant.

Melissa Fandrey and Mike Bencivenga's Wedding - January 31, 2009

Congratulations Melissa and Mike! What a joy to work with you and your family. Melissa is a sweetheart of a girl...always with the biggest smile. The reception site at the Marriott in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida was elegantly decorated with different shades of blue. Beautiful fresh white roses and hydrangeas were used as center pieces. She carried the theme to the wedding cake by choosing scrolls and a light blue beading between tiers to match the hydrangeas. Cakes were white almond and chocolate filled with hazelnut buttercream and covered in a light and creamy buttercream.

Congratulations to Corrie and Sam! Corrie and Sam selected an elegant and simple wedding cake with burgundy and gold details to match the baroque decor. The reception and ceremony rooms at the Mirasol Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida were elegantly decorated with Corrie's exquisite taste. Wedding cakes were white almond with alternating layers of fresh strawberries and creamy buttercream in each tier.







Corrie selected a Florida Gators groom's cake for Sam. All detail and decorations made of fondant. Cake flavor was rich carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream filling.
